This is another series of ten minute paintings, for the Daily Paintworks Challenge by Carol Marine.
"Tearless Fearless Four" 6x6 inches on panel, painted with slow drying acrylics (Atelier and Golden Open). I really enjoy doing this kind of painting, but I also love my whimsical fantasy work too. Maybe I can whomp up enough energy for both kinds!

LOL Rick! When you're painting onions with water based media, you definitely have to avoid shedding tears on the paint!
Ahhh! The aroma is nuanced in layers for this work. The painting area must have evoked "EuREEKa" from your adoring fans, watching you embellish but capture the subtleties of reality in a moment of extreme excellence!
Thanks Rick! You're really good at verbal layering. You've expressed a concept that can be peeled straight to the core of its essence, yet retains its mystery. You should go into business writing artist's statements!
