The Key



Acrylic on 8x10 canvas panel. This is a more developed version of an aceo I did in ink and watercolor.

The key part is about a memory. She's not looking at the key, though, she doesn't realize she is holding it.

Thanks for your comments you guys! Re. the rest of the story, it's something I can't remember, but it's one of those things that I'm sure I've known all along. This painting is sort of dreaming on canvas. Howzat for a vague answer?
